Subscription types and fees
A standard subscription includes:
- A) Default: Access to all issues of the current year + 2 previous years.
Example: During 2009 you would have had access to the years 2007, 2008 and 2009.
B) Archive: Access to all issues dating back to 2004
If you want to have access to all issues please include the "Archive" option in your subscription application (step 4).
Please also note that your subscription fee will be increased by 50%. - OGEMID membership for all users and access to the forum archives.
- Access to all TDM Legal & Regulatory material.
- Occasional discounts on selected books published by Oxford University Press (OUP), Hart Publishing Ltd, Juris Publishing LLC.

Discount
- Subscribers in the categories A, B and C coming from developing countries are eligible for a discount of 15% on these rates.
- Subscribers are eligible for a discount of 15% on these rates if they are members of IBA/SEERIL, AIPN or SIEL
Payments
After sending your application you should receive an e-mail with payment instructions (credit card or bank transfer) and attached invoice (pdf) within 3 working days.

Combine OGEL with Transnational Dispute Management Journal (TDM):
In addition to TDM we would like to offer you OGEL. OGEL is our Global Energy Law & Regulation Portal and was launched in 2003. We offer a 50% discount OGEL subscription rates for TDM subscribers during the first year and 25% after the first year. This only applies to similar subscription types to OGEL and TDM.
